Ms. Viviana Sierra-Torres, Esq. is an Attorney at Casillas, Santiago & Torres, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a litigant attorney at Reyes & Reyes Law Offices, where her main areas of practice included torts, family, and administrative law. In Casillas, Santiago & Torres, LLC, she also serves as litigant attorney. In addition she provides legal counsel to various government agencies related to labor, employment, collective bargaining agreements, government contracts, and government auctions – specifically contested auctions. Also she serves as a notary public.

As a law student, Ms. Sierra-Torres tutored for the obligations course, and worked at the Society for Legal Assistance of Puerto Rico and at Legal Services of Puerto Rico, where she acquired vast experience in the fields of administrative law and litigation. She also played an active role in law school community by being an active member of the Honor Student Society of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, the Student Council, the National Association of Law Students, the United Law Students for Environmental Protection, and the law school journal “Revista de Derecho Puertorriqueño”.
