Ms. Viviana Currais-Rodríguez, Esq. joined Casillas, Santiago & Torres, LLC, in 2018. Ms. Currais-Rodríguez serves in CST as an attorney specializing in Labor and Employment, as well as Civil Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the legal division of Partners Real Estate of Puerto Rico, LLC, where she acquired vast knowledge in areas regarding Contracts and Real Property and Estate law.
As a law student, Ms. Currais-Rodríguez worked in the summer associate program at a local law firm, Cancio, Nadal, Rivera & Díaz, PSC, where she developed practical experience by assisting attorneys in multiple tasks and assignments concerning Torts, Family, and Real Property and Estate law. She also helped the firm’s attorneys with trial preparations in Civil Litigation cases, which in turn strengthened her litigation skills. Ms. Currais-Rodríguez was also exposed to the procedural aspects of law by serving as a law clerk to Hon. Irene Soroeta Kodesh at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, where she assisted in analyzing briefs, conducting extensive legal research, and in drafting opinions. She is also a Notary Public.
